Level 1: Licensed Mental Health Professionals need 4 hours of supervision training
(Physician, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist, Licensed Behavior Analyst, or Licensed Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner)
Participants will need to be visible and actively participating during all of the training sessions in order to receive the CE certificate.
2-day, 8-hour virtual training
2 consecutive Fridays: April 25 & May 2, 2025; 12-4:30pm
Complies with Virginia Board of Counseling Requirements and May 2025 Updates
Level 2: Licensed Residents/Registered Supervisees need 8 hours
(Licensed Resident in Counseling, Licensed Resident in Marriage and Family Therapy, Licensed Resident in Substance Abuse Treatment, Registered Resident in Psychology, Registered Supervisee in Social Work)
Participants will need to be visible and actively participating during all of the training sessions in order to receive the CE certificate.
16-hour training required by the Virginia Board of Counseling
Friday, April 25 & May 2; 12-4:30 (in conjunction with Levels 1 & 2)

Saturday, April 26, + May 3; 12-4:30
The Supervision Training Curriculum includes the following content areas:

2. Professional boundaries
3. Nature of a professional relationship
4. Confidentiality
5. Record-keeping
6. Ethics
7. Leadership

Level 3: Experienced QMHP/BHT needs 16 hours of supervision training
(QMHP with 3 Years of Experience)
Participants will need to be visible and actively participating during all of the training sessions in order to receive the CE certificate.
